1. Shipping Locations
-We currently ship across India.

2. Delivery Time

-Standard shipping: 5–7 business days

-Express shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

-Rural or remote areas may take additional time.

3. Shipping Charges

-Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

-We may charge additional Rs. 40 as cash handling charges for orders placed using cash on delivery (COD) as these charges are charged by delivery partners and are not related to yoovaz.

4. Order Tracking
-Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

5. Delays
-Delays due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen events are not our responsibility, but we’ll keep you informed.
